These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products through our shop. By using our site, you agree to these terms.

  • Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue items or adjust pricing without notice.

2. Orders

  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and provide options.
  • Payment: We accept payments via listed payment options. All payments must be completed before shipping.

3. Shipping

  • We deliver in Ireland, Europe and UK.
  • Free shipping applies to orders over €60. Orders under €60 incur a flat fee of:
    • Ireland €6.95
    • Europe & UK €12.95
  • Delivery times are estimated at 2-5 business days.

For shipments to the United Kingdom, VAT and customs charges may be collected on delivery. This applies even to orders under £135. Please be aware you might need to pay these charges to the delivery company before your order is delivered.

5. Liability

  • We ensure the accuracy of product descriptions but cannot guarantee they are error-free.
  • Miratica is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
