Storage and Shipping

All products are carefully stored and shipped from our facility in Cork, Ireland. This ensures your items are handled with the utmost care and arrive in perfect condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Cork, Ireland within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, or peak seasons may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Europe & United Kingdom

  • Free shipping on orders over €60

  • Orders under €60 - €12.95 (shipped via DPD/UPS)

United Arab Emirates

  • Orders up to 3kg: €50

  • Free shipping on orders over €300 up to 3kg

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–14 business days

Saudi Arabia

  • Orders up to 3kg: €50

  • Free shipping on orders over €300 up to 3 kg

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance procedures, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For shipments to the United Kingdom, VAT and customs charges may be collected on delivery. This applies even to orders under £135. Please be aware that you may need to pay these charges to the delivery company before your order is delivered.

For shipments to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges may be applied by local authorities or couriers. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
