Return Policy

At Miratica, we’re committed to providing you with the best service and want you to feel confident in your purchases. If for any reason you need to return a product, we’ve designed a straightforward process to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. This includes items that have been tested, swatched, or used, as the expiry of cosmetic products begins once the airtight packaging is opened.
  • Returns are only accepted for the full parcel, not individual items, unless an item is faulty or damaged.

Steps to Return

  1. Prepare Your Return Request:
    • If your parcel is damaged upon delivery, please take clear photos of the damage in the presence of the courier and refuse to accept the package.
    • If the parcel is undamaged but you wish to return it, complete a Return Application Form. Be sure to include your order details and the reason for the return.
    • For defective items, describe the issue in detail on the form and include supporting photos.
  2. Submit Your Request:
    • Email a scanned copy or photo of the completed form, along with photos of the product or damaged parcel, to our customer service team filling in contact form.
    • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide instructions on securely packing the items for return. Please include a copy of your receipt and the application form in the return package.
  3. Refund Processing:
    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. You’ll be notified via email once your refund is complete.

Important Notes

  • Only products in their original, unopened, and unused condition will be accepted.
  • Returns are not accepted for opened, tested, or swatched products.
  • If an item is faulty, defective, or damaged, we’ll address the issue promptly upon receiving your return request and photos.
